really good stay near the duomo!!!

attentive staff family owned tasteful decoration
i stayed for several nights and was charmed by the friendly staff. the reception team, owner, breakfast servers, and housekeeping were all so good to me. the hotel is family owned and run, consisting of only 16 rooms. i found great attention to detail in the tastefully decorated rooms.
the room faced the street and street noise was slightly audible at night.

the breakfast buffet included fresh croissants, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, and cereal, with a wide selection of items. i enjoyed the soft music playing in the sitting room during breakfast and the availability of pastries and tea in the afternoon.

the staff assisted with my requests and provided excellent service throughout my stay. i needed some ironing done and the staff accommodated me quickly. the owner and staff paid attention to every detail, from check-in to check-out.

my room had both a bathtub and a shower, very practical. i found everything i needed in the room, especially the safe. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable during my entire stay.

charming stay near the duomo

convenient location quality breakfast
I found the location convenient, very close to major attractions. the provided breakfast was good, with high-quality items. our room included modern amenities, blending seamlessly with historical details. the palazzo itself is beautiful. It has a very central position right beside the duomo.
the shower faucet design was hard to operate, causing water to leak onto the floor. this could be improved with updated fixtures. i think a faucet replacement would be beneficial
